How It Works
Reviews follow a structured lifecycle from submission to publication.
Submission
Customers submit reviews on Selectra's websites or through the REST API. A verification email is sent automatically.
Verification
The reviewer confirms their email within 72 hours. If the reviewer made a purchase on the brand reviewed through Selectra, they are marked as verified.
Moderation
Selectra moderators approve or reject the review from the admin panel. Approved reviews are published immediately.
Brand Response
Brand agents can respond to published reviews or flag them. Brands can request access at [email protected].
